Evrex has provided book scanning services, book scanners, and services & support for over 30 years. Our scanning operators are experienced in the art of book scanning and professional book scanners. They understand that scanning books, artworks, bounded material, and maps are not the same as running-of-the-mill paper scanning.
We use high-quality professional book scanners manufactured by Zeutschel and Microbox of Germany. We have found that all our work is consistent and first-rate by utilizing book scanners designed specifically for large book scanning projects.

Why Choose Our Services and Support?
Evrex provides on-site maintenance and service in California, Arizona, and Nevada for Document Scanners, Microfilm Scanners, Book Scanners, and Printers. Our Techs are residents of the above three states. It allows them to fix and repair your equipment at your location. We serve local and state government, schools, colleges, and universities: title companies and libraries.
We provide coverage for major brands such as Zeutschel, Xerox, Konica
Minolta, Kodak, Canon, and Fujitsu.
We offer four types of maintenance and support plans:
Bronze Plan: Depot repairs. The customer ships us their device. Upon receiving the device, our service department will follow up with the quote to repair the device. After your approval, we will repair your device and ship it back to you.
Silver Plan: Yearly on-site maintenance and service contract. It includes one preventative maintenance call (PM) per year and service calls on a needed basis. Unlimited remote or phone support. It covers regular wear and tear parts during the contract.
Gold Plan: Yearly on-site maintenance and service contract. It includes 4 Quarterly PM calls and service calls on a needed basis. It covers regular wear and tear parts during the course of usage.
Time and Material Service Call Plan: This is a one-time on-site service call that includes labor, travel, and time to repair. The minimum would be one hour of labor. After the first hour, we bill in 15-minute increments. If the machine requires replacement parts, we will notify you and get your approval first.
